My father was there in business and repeated the name, Kimberly, several times. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and assisted him with all his needs. Went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. I believe it was Wendy that assisted him with breakfast and he was greatly pleased. Thank you Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Wendy. You ladies are top notch in my book and deserve a raise because my father and co workers gave you great praise❤️
Aesthetically speaking this hotel is to perfection, but what tops off beauty are standards. I would never return here for the following reason. Milan, the night and only manager for the facility, blatantly was prejudice and racism against myself and my family. Not only was he rude, unprofessional and arrogant, but he was careless and lacks every bit of tact and respect for individuals.
