I searched DC Jack Repair and Aurora and found this business. They were close by and after I dropped my laptop off to get the DC Jack repaired, they called me back and told me I just needed a new power cord with a better input jack. Even better I just had to pay for the new cord. I hadn't had my laptop in so long and was just using my netbook for everything. Now I have my laptop back! They were quick and HONEST, they did't rip me off :)

My experience with working with Rudy and Gloria was easy and pleasant. They did what they said they would do within the time they said they would do it and explained what was happening in the process of evaluating what was wrong with my computer so I had up to date information during the process of repair. they have been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to everyone. It was a great experience of being well taken care of.

I needed my computer fixed quickly and I was pretty sure I knew what the problem was. Laptop Repair offered free diagnotics (a huge selling point) and extremely quick turnaround time. I called on a Monday, dropped my laptop off on a Tuesday and it was ready for pickup by Friday. A lot of other places not only charge you for the diagnosis, but much more for the actual repair. Quick, easy, and professional! I would definitely choose them again for my laptop needs.
Laptop Repair is a great company.....No one else was willing to tackle the repair of my laptop.....all it really needed was a new screen to replace the one that was blacked out.
