My fan went out on my personal laptop. I use my laptop for home and work so getting it fixed and fixed correctly was critical. Rudy performed the servicing on my laptop and it works perfectly fine now. I must say that I truly appreciate the quality of customer service they give the customer. It was clearly explained to me what approach would be taken to repair my laptop. I was kept updated with the status of my repair.
