Thanks again for doing a great job on getting this laptop up and running again. It saved a great deal of restoration time. It's now running both windows "vista" and linux "ubuntu studio design" ( aversion geared toward graphic designers".
My computer needed help and this was the best place in town to go to. Rudy and Gloria were able to get my computer working in top notch condition! They are so nice. They make you feel special. Their service is excellent! I had a special situation and they recognized my need for immediate help so they worked to fix my computer asap. My Toshiba has had power jack problems for a couple of years. Many service shops would not even touch it because they either did not want to mess with it or wanted to sell me a new motherboard or computer. They offered to take my unit in even after hours. Somehow a growing crack appeared on my laptop while I was transfer leave and Rudy and Gloria where able to repair it with a 24hour turnaround. Thank you for the excellent service!
My laptop was running slowly and took a long time to start. After Rudy repaired it,everything was up to speed. He fixed the overheating problems and corrected the software errors. In addition to that he also cleaned the outer compartment and the LCD screen. He did it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him. The experience was excellent. Originally I believed my computer's DC jack was broken as my computer wouldn't charge unless it was connected and even then I had to arrange my AC adapter a certain way to get it to work. Eventually it stopped and I went to CompUSA to get it fixed. They informed me they could not and recommended me to Gloria and Rudy and I am SO GLAD they did.
