Dr. Lapetina is just wonderful. He knows what he's doing, he has great chair-side manner and he's very understanding of dental fraidy-cats. With the exception of an occasionally cool reception from the receptionist, the office staff is always warm and friendly. Nobody in their right mind looks forward to going to the dentist but Dr. Lapetina makes the experience as pleasant as can be expected. I recently moved several hours away and only hope I find someone as good as Dr. Lapetina in my new town.
In a day & age where dentists are making money hand over fist trying to sell you things you don't really NEED, Dr. Lapetina is a breath of fresh air. A family dentist is what he REALLY is. If there is anything you want for your teeth you will have to ask for it as Dr. Lapetina isn'g going to sell you the latest Crest Professional Whitening kit. I have been through many horrible experiences with dental work due to a bad bike accident when I was 9. I have been scared for about the past 10 years in getting needed work done because of that. My cousin recommended me to Dr. "John" and he is just the nicest of all people. He is a cherub of a man and he made me feel so comfortable. everyone i know goes to dr. lapetina. my whole family and all of my friends. he's a local man and we all feel very comfortable going to him. its like going to a pals house for dental treatment. hahaha
