Dr. Lapentina is a wonderful dentist puts you at ease, explains every step of what he is doing. Ive had a tooth pulled and a filling done there so far and no pain what so ever. I would highly reccomend him for any dental work
I love Dr. Lapetina... He has made my experience very easy and has always been able to see me next day for emergencies. I dont know what I would have done with out him. Leaving the area soon its gonna suck to have to find another dentist
My first experience was in 1996 when I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years. I was terrified but Dr. Lapetina puts you at ease and explains to you exactly what is going to happen. When I was told I needed to have a cavity filled, I immediately contacted drill-o-phobia. Dr. Lapetina worked with me to easy my anxiety and surprising I made it out unscathed. I would highly recommend his dental office to anyone. His staff is the best. The entire feeling is an at home atmosphere. I would not go to anyone else.
(Due to new insurance) For the first time since I was in Kindergarten, I went to a dentist other than Dr. Lapetina this week. I never realized just how good I had it. For the first 23 years of my life, I never understood why people were so afraid of the dentist. But I get it now. I had been spoiled all those years. Dr. Lapetina is extremely friendly and laid back. All of my friends and their kids go to Dr. Lapetina. Everyone loves him. His staff is welcoming. His waiting area is a little oudated but that just shows me he's not jacking his prices up to keep up appearances. His service is top notch, we won't go anywhere else!
Dr. Lapetina and his staff are the best. My daughter and I both see him. She is 6, she loves him. In addition to being a great dentist we see him on a regular basis doing volunteer work for different organizations in Norfolk. He says hello to us every time he sees us; even when he is driving a parade float. He will always be our dentist!
John is absolutely the best around. I highly recommend him - reasonably priced and very good dentist.
Dr. Lapetina is the best! I have had to have extensive dental work done in the past and in time became very apprehensive about seeing any dentist. On my first visit to Dr. Lapetina, I was cured! He is very attentive and makes you feel at ease through the entire appointment.
Everyone that we know in the area uses Dr. Lapetina. The most hospitable environment with very professional attitudes. They exceed 'Excellent Customer Service'!!
