Looking to rent a mobile home within the Decatur central high school around three fifty a month would just be me and my daughter thanks
I have lived there for a year. They ended up serving us eviction notice for a busted water pipe. Among other things. They wont fix any repairs that are in the contract that you sign. So basically we were with out heat for a year. None of the windows or back door opened. Then they left us without water for 5 days and refused to fix it.
Yes we use to live there I didn't care too much for the new manager they hired and she is crooked I hope she get's caught taking people's money and I talked to an attorney last year about her and he said she can't make anyone sign a 30 day to vacate and pay the rent b!
Everyone complains, but they turned my friend with a 5 year old felony conviction, so they obviously don't let just anyone in this place. They don't want to help someone whose trying to get back on their feet.
I have lived here for 10 years. It is quiet and clean. Love the rules and regulations. They keep the park a wonderful place to live. I'd recommend it to anyone that likes a pleasant place to call home.
