The mail in ******* is so bad that my rent check has been late nearly every month in the past 6 months that I've lived here...I've had to pay late charges...This business will not let you pay electronically, nor do they offer a secure lock box...The so office office manager would rather collect late fees... She also has no filter... She will scream and yell at you...Lantern Estates is a quiet place to live if not for her and their rent paying policies....If you cannot deal with an ignorant, difficult person.... We have 3 different entities that if we had electronic payment people that pay one entity for lot rent and other entity for house rent would end up paying the service fee twice, not fair to them. as far as a drop box . There is a mailbox in front of the office. Plus the fact I am in my office from 830am to 6pm is plenty of time to drop off your payments. As far as the mail service to our park we have no control over that. As far as her late fees she had to pay her bank is not sending her checks they are actually dated and th... read more

The property manager discriminated, and specifically said that certain people “don’t fit in the mod” and are trying to kick people out.
live there for 5 years decided to move did not pay back security deposit won't fix anything and any trailer unless they have to

Love the park lived there 4 years ago moved out of state moved back to indy and back to lantern estates lots of rules but keeps park nice
