Urgent care in Haslett was absolutely phenomenal. So professional and friendly, the fastest and most efficient service I have ever had at an urgent care. Such a clean and nice building as well. I'm blown away with how well this establishment runs! Thank you for your wonderful service!
I went in because of having difficulty breathing. The physicians assistant couldn't seem to accomplish listening to my lungs. He told me to "breath deeper." I couldn't. That is why I was there! I was given a breathing treatment (that didn't help), a chest x-ray (the only useful thing), and two prescriptions. When I asked for a diagnosis, he was not only irritated that I asked for one but he was not able to give me one. He gave me a few things that it "could be."

Friendly staff both front and back, I was called in pretty quick being there was a full lobby. Waiting to be seen by the Doctor and the x-ray results took way to long than other places I've been too but overall a good experience
Feeling crappy, didn't want to wait long, got me in and out the doctor I seen Sarah Bolin was awesome, she was very informative, I've gone to this urgent care for years. And will refer any one....
Aweful! My husband and I took our 2 year old there yesterday for what appears to be spider bites on our daughters face and all they said was it is a mosiquito bite smh the doctors there will say the first thing that pops into their head as long as they don't have to do an examination. I guess next time we should just take her to a pediatrician
I really wish you could give someone a negative rating. This place is an absolute joke. The front desk girls were nice. Whomever the medical assistant was not very friendly at all. Told me I'll be back in ten mins and yeah 45 mins later. Had no idea about a temp or hell that my blood pressure was running a little higher then normal. Your doctor is a absolute joke! There were both good and bad parts to my experience: The Good: 1. All the staff from receptionist to nurse to xray tech/PA to doc were very caring and pleasant. They all seemed competent. Doc and xray PA explained things and answered questions to my satisfaction....Continue Reading
Have had several terrible experiences there, have finally learned our lesson. We won't be back to this shotty run, understaffed business which seems to make its name by handing out incorrect diagnoses. I sure miss the old Delta Medical Center they bought out in DeWitt.
