I had a very terrible experience at this urgent care. I was extremely disappointed with the level of care my boyfriend and I were provided. He had been violently vomiting since Sunday night and we visited them on Tuesday afternoon. Immediately when we walked in the first thing the nurse at the desk said to us was, "oh my god, don't puke on my floor." By far the worst urgent care ever. Came in with my sister and the PA didn't even know what she was talking about. She didn't know what tests they did. And wasn't even sure what she was talking about.
Stopped in last night since I thought my son had pink eye, stepped in the door at a little after 8:00pm and we're back out heading to the pharmacy by 8:30pm. Super quick! Great place and will go again (if need of course!)
Great place. Been a few times with everyone in my family of all ages and they are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and very clean rooms and lobby. They give you real answers, just as your family Doc does, maybe even better and you just walk-in.
Had a minor shock and they went to extremes and made me take an ambulance to sparrow where I was immediately discharged. Very money hungry.
Great people, great service and top notch medical treatment!!!!! :) LOVE THIS PLACE
