It took longer to drive there and back then it did to be seen treated and dispense meds. The facility is very clean and the staff was very pleasant. They were even patient with my child who has a fear of needles.
Very friendly and very clean - getting in and out quickly and cooperate with us patience
The new check in is fast and efficient.. Ive been there several times and also taken my daughter. They are always friendly get the job done i will continue to use the frandor location.
I was very surprised at how smoothly and quickly I moved through the Urgent Care. Starting with the intake person, she was friendly and in no time I was checked in. The nurse was friendly and did his job efficiently, asking all the right questions and he was caring and friendly. I loved the Doctor! She was friendly and had such a caring manner about her. Waited for 2+ hours for service with nobody else in the waiting room.
Waste of time. Ended up at the ER, were they listen to chief compliant and didn't make things up. We will NEVER return.
Every time I go here I am in and out right away:) I think the longest I've waited in the waiting room was 30-45 mins and about 15-20 to wait for a doctor... I love coming here and getting the help I need:)
Slow. Rude. There were people being loud and obnoxious in the lobby while others were having screaming headaches and not one worker asked them to quiet down. People around were super disrespectful. Not worth a 4 hour wait.
