Unfortunately been here with friends and family 3 times in the last 4 months. You can check in online. Mobile app is decent. Wait is not typically long. Staff is professional, kind, and communicative. The salt water fish tank in the lobby doesn’t look like much but has lots of cool corals and brittle stars.
Dr. Melody Angel at the West Clinic is outstanding and great with kids and/or adults. It's nice to have such a patient, kind and caring individual working in our community like this. More people should utilize such a gifted professional and her services at the West Clinic for Lansing Urgent Care.
