Thank you for making my visit comfortable. With all the uncertainty of "covid" I never felt at risk. Also thanks to Diane for the pleasant atmosphere with my cleaning.
I have read great reviews about this office and I'm glad I did. They were able to squeeze me in. I had an infected tooth and they were able to refer me out to get a root canal that same day. Everyone there was super nice and understanding. Once I'm done getting this one tooth healed, I can't wait to start getting the rest of my teeth healthy again.
I’ve had many very positive experiences at Elan dental in East Lansing, including during the COVID pandemic. I felt safe, my teeth we’re thoroughly cleaned, fillings for cavities were relatively painless. I highly recommend Dr. Erin and the other staff. The front desk is also very helpful and responsive. If you ever get on the waitlist for an appointment they always call immediately whenever there is an opening to get me in much sooner than the back-up appointment.
All the staff and Doctors very nice, professional,caring attitude. This is the best dental services I have experienced so far. Thank you 💕 for caring about me. 🙏

Elan provides superb dental care that is delivered by a staff with excellent training and concern for detail. What makes it special, though, is how warm and friendly everyone who works there is. I always am made to feel cared for as a human being, and that everyone is concerned that I feel as comfortable and informed as possible. Excellent care by kind, talented people - what more could you ask for from a dentist?
My first adventure out into the world during the COVID 19 pandemic, getting my teeth cleaned. It was better than Disneyland! Brianna rocks! Everyone was masked-like a festival of oral hygiene. I even got parting gifts! The staff is exceptional, courteous and kind...they laugh with you and not at you! I can't wait to go back for my root canal on Monday! Bravi tutti!
I'm used to super small family type practices that I always enjoyed but also love a very well calculated "corporate" type experience (think Apple). This practice did a great job bridging those two together and the care plan was very clear with pricing, my costs vs. insurance costs, etc. Everything was upfront and apparent and I don't think I had any question unanswered (usually before I even needed to ask!).
