Lanoha’s is a wonderful place. “Helen” who is one of the managers there is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very polite. She helped answer a lot of my concerns regarding a River Birch tree. . This was on Sunday and going back on Wednesday to check out the tree again before Lanoha plants it. Thank you “Helen” and all the staff at Lanoha’s for making it always a great shopping experience. The variety and quality is like no other nursery. Healthy, vibrant plants and flowers! Helpful, knowledgeable employees make for an easy purchase.
Staff was rude and unknowledgable about the trees they carry there. We were there over an hour and no staff there could help us with purchase some trees. Extremely disappointed. Will never go there for trees. Also, they only provide 2-month guarantee on special trees (meaning they don't know for themselves how those tress will survive through the winter in NE.) Be careful when you buy tress there.
First time there as we don't live in Omaha. We were there visiting our daughter who does though & we wanted to go plant shopping. Found you on the Internet & went. We were in awe at how large a nursery & the huge selection of plants you have. We purchased some & will definitely be making more stops there in the future.
