Wow, our front yard tree is doing much better now. I went to Lanohas about 2 weeks ago and I was told about superthrive it had a picture of an old guy on the bottle. This stuff really works!!!! A girl out there named Helen she was soooo helpful and told me exactly what's wrong with our tree after I showed her pictures and then said it will help our tree get better. It seemed like a scam at first since you use so little mixed with water and it was so expensive, but she told me that I can find it cheaper amazon if I'm looking ... read more
The mowing crew hit my car and Lanoha denies it was their people. And they will not pay for damages. Very poor treatment of an honest american citizen. Step up and do the right thing.
Monday my husband and I had excellent help moving/weighing 50 lbs of Tennessee River Cobblers. Today I filled a horse watering bucket with 64 lbs. and was told to put it on the scale and left to load it in my car. I am capable but certainly expect a different level of customer service.
Bought shrubs several years ago but over time several have died so I went there to purchase new ones, I could not find them so after walking around to find someone to help me I was told they didn't have any on display but might have some in the back somewhere that he would check and call me in a couple hours, it's has been a week and still waiting for a call. Got 3 trees planted recently. There are some employees who know what they are selling but some who weren't at all familiar with tree types and couldn't give recommendations or answer questions, which is not comforting when you are spending almost $1000. Younger guy (Ryan?) knows his stuff and helped me pick out some great trees with a discount also. Mulhall's blows this place out of the water. Lanoha's doesn't even come close to comparison.
I could've spent all day in the greenhouse. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Clean space, friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go back!
