Last year I had a great experience with this company. This year has been a total joke. The guy who run's the upfront area is rude to the customer and his employees. Why on earth he still has a job is beyond me. To be blunt I called today looking for hyssops the lady who answered didn't have a clue what they were. Now my customer is waiting on me but Lanoha is out on lunch at 3:00 pm and can't call me back because they are closed now! Way to go Lanoha real professional! I will never recommend my clients to them ever period.

Our experience from start to finish was great. The young man that helped us select a tree was super helpful and went at our pace. He explained what we needed to do to keep the tree healthy after it was planted. Price was competitive. Installation was 2 weeks earlier than they originally thought it would be. The crew that came to put it in this morning did a great job. Took their time making sure it is straight and turned for best presentation. Ryan helped us pick out what trees would work best for us. We bought 7 of them! When the crew came out to install them they did an incredible job! As my husband said..."perfect". Hats off to Lanaho Nursery!
