Monday my husband and I had excellent help moving/weighing 50 lbs of Tennessee River Cobblers. Today I filled a horse watering bucket with 64 lbs. and was told to put it on the scale and left to load it in my car. I am capable but certainly expect a different level of customer service.
Bought shrubs several years ago but over time several have died so I went there to purchase new ones, I could not find them so after walking around to find someone to help me I was told they didn't have any on display but might have some in the back somewhere that he would check and call me in a couple hours, it's has been a week and still waiting for a call. Got 3 trees planted recently. There are some employees who know what they are selling but some who weren't at all familiar with tree types and couldn't give recommendations or answer questions, which is not comforting when you are spending almost $1000. Younger guy (Ryan?) knows his stuff and helped me pick out some great trees with a discount also. When they came to plant they noticed a potted hydrangea that I hadn't gotten around to planting to replace a shrub I lost from winter. They offered to rip out the dead one & plan... read more
Mulhall's blows this place out of the water. Lanoha's doesn't even come close to comparison.
I could've spent all day in the greenhouse. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Clean space, friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go back!
Last year I had a great experience with this company. This year has been a total joke. The guy who run's the upfront area is rude to the customer and his employees. Why on earth he still has a job is beyond me. To be blunt I called today looking for hyssops the lady who answered didn't have a clue what they were. Now my customer is waiting on me but Lanoha is out on lunch at 3:00 pm and can't call me back because they are closed now! Way to go Lanoha real professional! I will never recommend my clients to them ever period.
We were very pleased with the knowledge and service Kristy and her crew from Lanoha provided us!
Outstanding customer service! They are lacking in nothing to choose from from shrubbery to perennials and annuals and so much more!
