This summer we hired Lanoha to repair and complete a substandard job performed by a smaller nursery outside of Lincoln. Our designer, Samantha Johnson, was amazing. She and the entire Lanoha crew worked to repair what had been done improperly and suggested remedies to address ongoing water/drainage issues. Lanoha has stood by their products and plants and despite the job being complete, they continue to be available for questions. By far, this is one of the best companies out there for skill, knowledge and customer service.
Lanoha installed a tree in our back yard three months ago. During the process they damaged our downspout. We made them aware immediately and for two months no response. Then a few weeks ago I called again and was told I would get a call back. Never called. Today they showed up unplanned and unannounced and installed a downspout which is the wrong color. After parking and blocking my driveway with a Lanoha work truck, it looks like a few workers "helped" themselves to a couple driveway dumpsters today. I have them on my security camera and now video. Not sure where their job was supposed to be in the South Ridge/Millard Highlands South neighborhood, but i'm sure that that Lanoha enjoys having to pay the three workers steal from my neighbor and I today. Needless to say, I would never do business with Lanoha after this. Very unprofessional!
In this day and age, Lanoha is looking ridiculous without SOME kind of online inventory tracking. I won't be making the trek back to Lanoha again unless it's just to browse. Going with the expectation of finding a specific thing that I saw on the shelf the last time I was there just isn't a safe prospect.
I've always been pleased with the help and product at Lanoha, but my most recent experiences was exceptional. Staff helped me make an educated decision on selecting the best type of tree for the location I wanted planted. The day I went to pick out, the parking lot was quite full, so I expected to have to wait a long time for help. I was wrong. The staff is very helpful. Everything is displayed beautifully. Only concern is the printing on the price tags is too small for me. Several times I tried to see the price on a plant placed high or low and just gave up. Too many times to keep interrupting the staff.
