Purchased multiple trees from lanoha. Two trees did not make it. They replaced the trees the following year. I picked the two trees out in the spring when leaves were not present. When they got around to planting the new trees… The leaves were all scorched brown and multiple leaves were missing. This was months ago and still hardly any leaves on the trees. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS We had dragged our feet on starting a much-needed big landscape project in our backyard. On the advice of a neighbor, we contacted Alex Ostblom at Lanoha. We need not have worried. Alex considered our needs and budget and developed a plan (in phases) that we LOVED and could execute without any delay. We would highly recommend you stay VERY far away from this place! The are rude and unprofessional to no end both Matt ******* the landscaper and Operations Manager Mike. We paid for Landscaping design advice or lack thereof should I say. We spent 10k for trees, shrubs and plants some of which they planted lob-sided and grasses not in line with eachother and planted plants where they should not have been. 1 tree died - they credited us with a replacement. This summer we hired Lanoha to repair and complete a substandard job performed by a smaller nursery outside of Lincoln. Our designer, Samantha Johnson, was amazing. She and the entire Lanoha crew worked to repair what had been done improperly and suggested remedies to address ongoing water/drainage issues. Lanoha has stood by their products and plants and despite the job being complete, they continue to be available for questions. By far, this is one of the best companies out there for skill, knowledge and customer service.
Lanoha installed a tree in our back yard three months ago. During the process they damaged our downspout. We made them aware immediately and for two months no response. Then a few weeks ago I called again and was told I would get a call back. Never called. Today they showed up unplanned and unannounced and installed a downspout which is the wrong color. After parking and blocking my driveway with a Lanoha work truck, it looks like a few workers "helped" themselves to a couple driveway dumpsters today. I have them on my security camera and now video. Not sure where their job was supposed to be in the South Ridge/Millard Highlands South neighborhood, but i'm sure that that Lanoha enjoys having to pay the three workers steal from my neighbor and I today. Needless to say, I would never do business with Lanoha after this. Very unprofessional!
