I have to admit the dentist has never been a favorite place of mine, but since coming to Phelps Family Dentistry that is not the case! They are ALWAYS very friendly from the moment we check in to our leaving! They call us by name and walk us through the our appointment thoroughly. They are great with our entire family! Our hygienist Anna is always great and Dr. Phelps and Dr. Lindsey are always wonderful about discussing our options and informing us about the importance of our dental health!
Our whole family comes to Phelps Family Dentistry and we feel like we are well taken care of. Dr. Phelps is a competent dentist who makes us feel comfortable. My small children even enjoy coming to the dentist.
Every time we come in they are always friendly. they listen for any concerns and explain things very well. they seen to genuinely care about everything from your children, spouse, you and your care. they are just amazing people.
Dr. Phelps is a very trusting person. She has dedicated so much time to her profession, and is always ready to help. I have grown to trust her as a dentist, and a person. Dr. Phelps listens very well to her patients, and keeps a personal connection with them. I love being one of her patients.
I have been going to Phelps Dentistry since 2016. The ladies there are amazing. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, it is a true family feeling atmosphere. I currently moved out of the area and still travel over 2 hours, one way, for my dental needs.
I felt like the work that she does is excellent, i did feel like they did not listen to me well during some of my procedures that ended up costing me time and money. I have been very happy with my dentures after I talked them into doing them. I am extremely happy with all my children's care, they are very good and calming them and me :) Dr. Phelps is always smiling and friendly and ready to answer all my questions.
My whole family loves Dr. Phelps. Her whole staff is amazing to work with, from scheduling to care plans. They work great with my insurance! I come to Dr. Phelps because she is a very thorough in my families dental care.
