the staff is so thoughtful. they listen what to have you say. The staff makes you feel comfortable.. if you have to go to the dentist this the place i would recomend
My entire family uses Phelps Family Dentistry because we feel so comfortable with Dr. Phelps. She makes sure you always get the treatment/care you need. We have used other dentists in town and were unsatisfied with the treatment we received. At Phelps Family Dentistry we have always been happy and felt like our dental care was professional and comprehensive.
Having a crown & filling done is generally not a good experience, however, Dr. Phelps & her staff made it pain free! They made me feel comfortable & honestly normally I'm a wussy~! They spend time explaining the procedure & got me in right away! I'd highly recommend this office to everybody!
Dr. Lannae has been great to work with over the past 10 years. She always explains the dental work clearly, and answers any questions I have.
I've had a lot of dental work here for the past several years. The entire staff are friendly and caring. I appreciate the extra comfort measures -- neck pillows, warmed if you want it, blanket, just overall pleasant to come here. And excellent work. Everyone is very competent, good explanations, state of the art equipment. I so completely trust everything happening here that I usually doze during procedures.
