I've never left a review for any business before, but this place deserves it. About 2 months ago, I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Alemayehu. No issues with setting that up or having the appointment. I was told I would hear back from "somebody" within 2-7 days. A MONTH goes by, heard nothing, so I called their office. Dr was very detailed
What's with the phone "service"? The recording says to leave a message etc. No call back yet. Does this place even EXIST? Seriously!
Honestly this place is confusing. From the inside decor which seems very old. Them not ever answering the phone, the long wait time, and doing test and not really getting a solution to your health concern. Only thing I can say that was positive is the doctor is very nice but I won’t be going back!
Came here with my daughter and arrived approximately 15mins prior to appointment time (2:30) to fill out the intake paperwork and it wasn't until 3:49 that she was brought in. Waiting an hour and twenty minutes beyond a scheduled time that was done a week in advance is unprofessional.
