Our vehicle broke down on our way to Norfolk in the middle of the night. In the morning we called Langel's to see if they had a rental car we could use for the weekend. The owner was so kind, he drove to our hotel and picked us up (we were going to walk the 2 miles from our hotel). We rented a really nice car rental at a really affordable price. We are so impressed with their customer service!
Sold my buddy a broken car and haven't apologized or offered any compensation . He only had it 4 months
