I’m VERY grateful for the gentle, clear communication and question asking by the staff and Dr Langan . After hard experiences other places, they gave me options to relieve my fear and anxiety and made my visit comfortable.

I like the mouth piece, mouth doesn't get so tier, I being an EMT, would have liked to see the anchor getting put in and maybe what the Dr. was doing, through out the procedure. Others may not want to see or hear that. However, part of my stitch came out, with a long string dangling in my mouth, have you ever tried to cut a stitch while holding a flashlight? not an easy task!! and yes I was only eating cottage cheese ! lol glad I came out to you guys.
