I've been going here for my eye exams for many years and consistently have a positive experience. The staff have always been kind and Dr. Poh is super helpful. Great Service all around.
Prompt on appointment times, communicative (called once to move my apt and another time to confirm it), friendly environment and +++ friendly staff.
I had an appointment with Dr Poh, I am very disappointed with the service. He made me wait 2 weeks to have my Visual Examination Record with inappropriate comments. Considering, that his comments are not based on medical proof, which, it's unprofessional.
I have been seeing Dr. Lang and team her for over 15 years, they are all amazing, kind, caring and go above and beyond for all your vision needs and take the time to help you.
