Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! Did this provider spend time asking questions and listening to you? Definitely Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Definitely

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider's office too cold? Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
