Lane Florist made my day!!! – I had an unscheduled event and needed spectacular flowers - Lane came to my rescue at the last minute. They made my home beautiful and my guest happy. They are the BEST!!!

Terrible customer service – My mother and I were searching for a florist to prepare a bridal bouquet and centerpieces. We were treated like they didn't need our business and asked where we had been thus far and what their pricing was. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional.

It is not our intent to treat anyone with lack of consideration. I thought you stopped by to see our products and meet us. Because of the detail involved, we offer wedding consultations by appointment. I spent as much time as I could, but a client was waiting for her event to be delivered. I do not know how to get in touch with you, but would honor the opportunity to make this up to you. I realize to write this review you are very upset with us. I offer my sincere apologies.
