Hello Miss Cooper, We truly apologize for the inconvenience and we accept responsibility for the damage to your vehicle. It’s our understanding that we were in constant contact with your fiancé. Since then we have turned over your claim to the insurance company and our insurance is taking care of it. Once again we truly apologize for the inconvenience.
This company did wonderful work in our subdivision up until last summer. Now they fly through at top speed on there large machines. When it's dry the grass doesn't look like it got cut and when it's wet, the tires slide all over the place and they leave mud pits where there used to be grass. Then they "fix" it by throwing down seed which will get mowed away the following week so no grass will grow back there anyway. I'm so aggravated at the poor workmanship we are now seeing.
