I have worked LCM video since August of 2019 and have been really impressed by their landscape capabilities. They are a one stop company for all landscape needs from grass mowing, tree trimming, flower planting, and yes even large scale snow plowing. What impressed me the most is their facility in Wisconsin, where they store all sorts of machinery and where they have several greenhouses and tree nurseries. They are equipped and staffed to handle any landscape job from small residential to large corporate malls.
Recommendedconcepts is a really good place to work at landscape concepts management does it's best to keep the clients happy and satisfied but at the same time you got them crabby people that is not happy with are work but we can't satisfy everyone but we do do the best work out of a lot of companies it's really a good company to work for
To start with, answer customers phone calls.
We recently changed our landscape company. Prior to the change we advised Landscape Concepts of several issues, including bushes they planted over their tenure having died. We wanted them replaced or the cost of the plants a d planting them refunded. I understand communication with our organization is severed. It is sad this company is not standing by their word. Was at Bolingbrook Promenade a couple weeks ago for their tree lighting festival and everything was beautiful. In talking about it to a colleague, I️ found out Kathy Strayve and her team, with the assistance of Account Mgr, Amy McConnell, were responsible for the installation of all the holiday color! It’s always a pleasure walking thru there but was absolutely stunning this holiday season! Good job!!
