RecommendedThe service wasn't stellar, but it was good. The food was good, just overpriced for the amount of food. You receive even better food and a more generous portion for close to the same price at Papadoux's. This place is good, just not stellar.
I have them a 3 because the service wasn't great. We waited for refills and when we wanted the bread that listed as included on the menu with the all you can eat. We were told we have to ask for it in order to get it it. Crab was unseasoned, I have better crab from a shack on the street. Value and experience was the only reason why I didn't hate it. It was a nice settting cool crab steamers. I enjoyed my time with my friends.
I've read good and bad reviews of this property. My experiences have all been of a positive nature though. Not perfect, maybe a glitch here or there; but, nothing that couldn't be fixed when worked on to get it right - this was with promo's coupons and billing, etc. Always fixed though. Our food and service experiences have always rated top scores though. We love it here.
Christine was a fantastic server, her recommendation wad spot on for me. My dear friends blue crab cakes are the best she's had. And trust me, this is an aficionado on crab cakes! Drinks were perfect.
AYCE Snow Crab Legs were great!! Will be back with the Fam-Jam!!
Strong drinks, gigantic food portions and amazing flavor. The bartender was awesome. An enjoyable dining experience after a trying, long day. Perfect way to end my night.
One of my favorite restaurants! I've been coming here for years and the standard of service has always been excellent.
