RecommendedFood was good although the shrimp was a little over done and the gumbo was cold. Still good though and our waitress was very nice. Overpriced a great deal but will still go back
New Orleans Crawfish bread was the best! Shrimp Enbrochette was dee-lect-A-ble!!!
It took 15-20 minutes to first get a waitress, then came the first apology. Received a few more apologies for the food taking so long, and not getting timely drink refills. Then one of entrees was ordered a special way with no butter, then it came plastered with butter. The meal was returned, and was told by the manager and waitress that it would be back out quickly. Horrible service, took my appetizer order and it took an hour to get to our table. Manager walked over to ask how everything was going told him about the app time and he was a smart a**. Manager was Victor, I sure hope he doesn’t cook over there. His goatee was disturbing, along with the dust bunnies all over his clothes. Needless to say we didn’t even order food there. Paid for app and left. Will NEVER return. Horrible service and the appetizer wasn’t that good.
ordered blacken salmon fish. recieved raw fish. the manager literally took the same fish I took 2 bites out of and recooked it and sent it back to my table 👀😬. 101.00 bucks later I paid for horrible fish, green beans and a pretty good salad. to say disappointment is an understatement.
i went to landry's and the food was phenomenal, service was Awsome, Mr. Joey Ledet was phenomenal, he came out and talk and very friendly, and Alyssa was a Phenomenal service and very helpful SEE WAS very PHENOMENAL JOB I GIVE 5 🌟 AND I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE
food was great & Tiffany was a awesome server
they cant cook a steak properly. asked for medium well and it was medium rare. it had to go back twice. 36.50 steak and u cant really enjoy it because they cant cook it
The famous salad was wilted and had some unidentifiable piece of what the manager said was cheese in it... just one big clump. The manager apologized. I had to ask for bread twice and was told they’d have to cook some. I ordered my favorite steak, a filet mignon medium. I received it charred and well done. I will not be back. We had been driving for 5 hours and were all hungry, this is a well known chain and I expected much better!! Extremely disappointed!
