When no one else would aid in leasing or purchase of land landtopia worked with me to get the down payment and payments to work for me. I would buy from them time and time again.

Landopia! ! Online land shopping can be stressful. Contacted Erik on a Friday about purchasing a property he had listed. Erik guided me thru the process and got the deal completed. Did some correspondence by email and some phone calls. He was always available by phone, did not have to leave a message. The process went smoothly. He is there to help.

Erik was very helpful in finding property that met my needs, He emailed me multiple listings and checked in with me often. When I finally found the property I wanted, it was a little out of my price range, he worked with me on monthly payments and still gave me a fair price on the land.
