I strongly recommend looking anywhere but with these slumlords. The place I rented was not only falling apart, it was FILTHY when I arrived. Grease from floor to ceiling in the kitchen, boot prints in the bathtub (?), dirt in the sinks, wood floors almost black. They insisted it was cleaned before my move in date and I told them they should get the money back. I cleaned myself.
