I bought a used truck from Dovi prior to this new truck. Before them I was at another ford dealership that was in the area. They referred me to Dovi for inspections and service. I've been satisfied ever since.
Came for 15,000 mile oil change.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX and traded in our 2011 Lincoln MKX. We found that it was very easy with ordering a new MKX through Diane Pohl who was professional, a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about ordering new vehicles from the factory.

Knowledgeable, courteous, organized, and always professional. He does a great job and I give him very high marks.
I live in NYC and finally saw a car, after months of looking, that I wanted with an excellent price. Liberty Ford - Brunswick Ohio. The were approx 30 pictures that were very clear and I was able to view the entire car. Car looked great and had great options. Called the dealer and spoke with Rick G., sales person.
