My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX and traded in our 2011 Lincoln MKX. We found that it was very easy with ordering a new MKX through Diane Pohl who was professional, a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about ordering new vehicles from the factory.

I've been a dedicated Ford man for many years and a Landmark customer for many of those. Service has always been excellent, both quality of work and customer service. Tony Ramirez is top notch. Knowledgeable, courteous, organized, and always professional. He does a great job and I give him very high marks.
The tan team was very helpful with a reprogramming of my keys which allowed usage of my remote start again so I didn't have to replace it. Good job!
I came to Landmark Ford Tuesday night 11/24/15 after an oil change earlier that evening because the employees at the oil change told me that my car had a leak in the rear differential. I was concerned because I'm traveling over the Thanksgiving Holiday and I didn't want to drive with the leak.
