Always quality service
Great, all that I expected. Always appreciate that they call me when they discover problems and give me the opportunity to get them resolved and the fact that they wash my vehicles.
Needed a regular maintenance service and as usual Mike Walker and the Red Team took care of all the items needed for the service. Mike ALWAYS takes care of us and all our Ford vehicle needs. He and the team do an excellent job for us every time we bring in a vehicle!
Brought my 08 Edge in for service. I appreciated working with James Case and Dan Haider. Dan and I discussed my concern and we made what I feel is the right decision. Very happy with my new front brakes.
I brought my new 2014 Ford Fusion to have the Lo Jack installed, and the Polysteel Coat applied. I was given a loaner car to drive while it was being done. I didn't expect it to be done so quick. They called me that afternoon to come and pick it up. Thank You Service Department for such a quick job.
5 Stars for each of those who helped me with my several reasons to visit Landmark Ford! Larry and Heather for being on top of the Customer Care Program concerns I had on my 2011 Fiesta, and Chris (White Team Rocks!) for his diligence on my 2012 F350 6.7L Recall, Warranty Repair Requests, and 5K service!
