From the moment I entered the brick and mortar store in Tinley Park, I was hooked. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Quick service, installers were great!
I want to compliment Landmark flooring for the quality of my flooring and the skill of the installers is amazing...,they were neat and kept me informed as the installation was at a rental property and I was not present all the time to respond to questions they needed answers to...the patience and helpfulness of the installers was amazing. I saw a Facebook ad for Landmark and it was right on time! My gut told me to call to have them help with much needed renovations to my home. They are just now starting the project and I'm already amazed at the stellar customer service. They truly care about the service I receive and the success of my project. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done in their home!!!

Just had our carpeting installed this past Saturday. Nick was SO easy to work with. Upfront about everything, pricing breakdown, and installation. The installers were super professional, and super quick! 5 stars all the way from the beginning to the end! We love our new carpet so much! Thank you!
They were out one day after a message on garage sales site. Installed in 8 days after great service great product very helpful!
They can do the job fine if you don't care about price. The customer service is lacking. If you don't know Nick personally really well you are subject to manipulation on price and are likely to be exploited.
Landmark Flooring is THE best!! Nick went above and beyond when our finished basement flooded to help us get back to normal. Our new carpeting is a lot nicer than what we had before! I absolutely LOVE it. His team was wonderful, friendly, very professional and took care of everything right away. We are so grateful. Landmark Flooring made our stressful situation so much easier!
