Love the product.. was NOT impressed with the staff. Carpet guys were mad about moving furniture even though it was in the contract. They got kilz on the entertainment center. Small rip in leather couch. The hallway and bedroom got laminate flooring. Looks nice but right where you always step there is a wave. I called and left a message for the salesman. He never returned phone call. When the bookkeeper called about money I asked her to have him call me too and felt like I was bullied. She wanted to know why ?he never called... read more
