Ok so first the installer showed up an hr and a half late (after the 12-2 window they gave us). Then they told us it would take about 3 hours to do the carpet for a living room and 2 staircases. So when the installer got to the house i asked again roughly how long it would take and he gave the same answer. Well 7 hours later he finished. We absolutely love our floors. We had carpet in our living room prior to having the hard floors put in. What a difference it made. Our room looks so rich and warm now. The crew was such a pleasure to work with. The one gentlemen even brought my son donuts the one morning. The customer service from the owner was also stellar. We can't wait to do our next project!
We had our hardwood floors sanded and refinished and the turned out absolutely beautiful..You all have Been great from start to finish and we will be a returning customer!! Thanks for a job well done.

We couldn't be happier about the job Landmark Flooring did for us. Our floors look amazing. Their crew was extremely courteous and always on time.
Landmark came out to give an estimate on some flooring for basement. They came in 1000 -1200 higher than both of our other estimates. When we notified the lady who came out that they were higher and we decided not to use them, we accidentally received a text that I am sure was meant for her boss and not us. It basically called us liars on our estimate and laughed at us. Needless to say, we were very offended and will definitely be sharing our experiences with our friends and neighbors.

UPDATE: we investigated the issue and yes your job has a lot of moving parts to it. We interviewed the associate and found it to be unprofessional. Not only did the sales team do everything possible to get the carpeting in from out of state fast. The installers did a 10/10 star professional installation. They completed this before the holidays after my basement flooded. Thank you
