Landmark is the worst company in the world. They will rob you blind if you live in one of their “houses”. Couldn’t figure out how to leave a star rating, but it would be 0 if that was an option.
Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a tenant that may or may not have even been their tenant...they responded with apologies and ways to fix the problem within 30 minutes! Highly recommend Landmark Properties!���

We have had someone come look at our apartment in Athens, GA every week since tours started which is an invasion of our privacy. They said we are on rotation to be toured which is a lie because we have had people come in to look at our apartment every week. They don't have a model home for people to tour because they are cheap. In addition the owner of the property came by with a realtor and was rude to all of us. They came by and woke everyone up. The trash is disgusting. It is overflowing and Landmark doesn't take care of ... read more
Their outsourced maintenance never fixes what they say they're going to. It's ridiculous.
