Had an issue with the fire pit my boyfriend and I purchased for our backyard. Landmann was super speedy and helpful when we first contacted them about the issue. They sent us new parts and we were quickly on our way to enjoying our fire pit. Thanks for your help, Landmann. Your customer service is out of this world.
Courteous, honest, and reliable customer service. I have been nothing but happy with my smoker, and when it broke, they made it right immediately. I cannot possibly say enough positive things.
