Got a land Mann charcoal smoker the frame was bent so I contacted them and they were amazing to deal with they sent me a new smoker within a week of the time I contacted them
replacement parts have been on backorder since december for my smoker....
Received my new 3895GWLA smoker and found that it had a door hinge missing and a broken leg. The place I bought it from requires that I pay return shipping so I decided to keep it and pay to have someone weld it. Contacted Landmann-USA and told them about the hinge and they are sending me a new one to be welded on. Waiting to hear if they will address the broken rear leg, but from the previous contact I will bet they do... Hard to find a company that stands behind their product and values customers... Purchased the 38 in smoker from Landmann. After removing it from the box. I found the quality to be very poor, especially the racks inside. Made in China says it all. I had to make 2 calls now for rack parts. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Two people we know purchased your Smoker Model #32934, so we purchased it on 3/17/14. We've used it under 10 times but it's been great. Produces amazing quality food. The electrical component stopped working over the winter. I emailed customer service 3/16/14 and have not heard anything back. I would like to know what the process is to have the electrical component replaced under warranty.
