Got my second chord for my smoker and I thank you. Used it the first time today and it did the same as the last one. I have had this smoker since the beginning of January this year. I have used it literally 5 times and two chords have failed. I want my money back, this smoker is garbage. If I don’t get my money back I will do a charge back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS

After two deliveries were returned by UPS for failure to have a proper address/billing information, I finally received my Bravo grill on the third shipping attempt and more than two weeks after placing my order. I open the box and numerous pieces are severely dented and/or paint chipped off. I call @The Home Depot who I placed the order through and they tell me Landmann’s POC responsible for replacement parts isn’t answering the phone so they can’t do anything for me. Landmann does not intend to ever refund money for returns as evidenced by return policy. Website is confusing for covers, for Vista grill a Bravo cover is needed, for Vista with offset smoker a Blaze cover is needed. Landmann does not return calls. Returns must be within 15 days of purchase which is impossible. The clock starts ticking before they even ship the product!!! I intend to contact as many people as possible on social media, file with BBB and small claims court.
Off to a bad start with my garden lights fire pit. I am missing the hoop handle for the spark guard out of a sealed box, obviously a mistake in packaging at Landmann. Since it was a reward from my company I do not have proof of purchase and I am forced to purchase the replacement with shipping costs that exceed the cost of the part. Customer service advises they can't look as though they are sending out free products so there is nothing they can do except bill the fee.
