electric smoker I have had for 3 years just suddenly shut off and I cannot get it to run ( yes the outlet is working and it is plugged in)..so contacted the company and there has been no response...while I liked the product I have issues with a company that does not reply or seem to care,
I have the pizza kettle and I love it. It holds heat well and does anything you can imagine. I thought I had an issue with my dome and contacted Landmann for a warranty claim. No questions asked, they provided me a new dome. When I discovered that my original was fine, I contacted them and asked the best way to get the replacement back to them. Their response blew me away. Love my Landmann Charcoal Grill - Black, 560202 - Maintained temp throughout the 12 hour cook.
Customer service is outstanding. Quality is unsurpassed for the value. Highly recommend. I have a propane smoker and it is the best one I have owned.
Had several issues putting together my Landmann Grill. Seems poorly constructed. E-mailed customer service 5 days ago without a response yet.
