Landing is a great option for when I have to travel for work. I never feel like I'm pressured to order out food because the kitchen comes fully stocked with appliances and what not.

I am the parent of a college student. He was accepted into an internship in DC from July 5 through August 21, 2026. Because this internship was not through his college, I arranged and prepaid for temporary housing through Hello Landing. My son moved in on July 5. Just five days later, on July 10, I received an email stating that he had to vacate the property by July 22 because the building owner was allegedly no longer working with Landing. I used Landing for flexible furnished housing after a previous good experience, but my recent experience was very disappointing. Landing told me an Alexandria apartment would be ready on check in day, then cancelled or made it unavailable the same day. I did not voluntarily cancel. My housing plan was disrupted. I also had key access and checkout issues at other Landing stays. In one case, I followed the checkout instructions and tried to get support help, but later got charged a key fee. My family stayed in the Summerville North Carolina apartments and it had black mold threw out the apartment. There is standing water in laundry area. Which wasn't noticed until we went to wash a load of laundry. Tried to talk to the management of the property and was told I need to contact Landing which we had tried with no response. When I finally got a hold of the company they moved us into another unexpectable dirty apartment. If we would have wanted to stay in a budget motel we would have.
