We stopped by Landers after visiting several other stores looking for wood flooring. This was the best experience by far from the showroom to the professionalism of the staff. Cristen Finnell demonstrated great patience and worked with us to narrow down the type of flooring we were looking for. We came back again to work with her on the tile and backsplash as well. Throughout the experience she was highly responsive and incredibly helpful.

We just had new carpeting installed in our home. I cannot say enough about the folks at Landers. Cristen helped make a great carpet selection, assisted with scheduling and rescheduling around painting that was going on simultaneously at our home. The installation crew did a great job. They were in and out in less than 8 hours. They were careful moving our furniture. They assisted moving furniture pieces into new locations after the installation. They cleaned up!!! I went to Landers Premier Flooring at the recommendation of my interior designer. They have a very large range of flooring options and excellent and knowledgeable staff. Cristen Finnel is top notch and knows exactly what works and what needs to be done. Cristen came to my home and measured the area perfectly. Landers Premier Flooring provides a great selection of flooring with the added touch of having sales staff that understand design and how stressful it can be when selecting flooring. My contractor told me to ask for Cristen Finnell because he had other customers rave about her expertise and bedside manner. What a great experience working with Landers Flooring to choose wood flooring for our living area and dining room. I actually saw them on t.v. We obtained 3 quotes prior to buying and installing our flooring. Sears, another local business & Landers. Both Sears & the other local business incorrectly measured our space, by more than 100 square feet. Not only did Landers correctly measure the job, their sales rep, Cristen Finnell, was able to discern, based on our needs, exactly which products and even colors were best for our household. Cristen Finnell is great. She helped us find a match for our 20 year old hardwood floor in the kitchen when others were stumped. We did another room and the stairs in wood. They look great. We also did tile and carpet and I couldn't be more pleased. The installers for all three projects were extremely professional and took pride in giving us a beautiful finished project.
