RecommendedHad a great experience in there it was in great place to start with, they gave me a great experience.
They have no problem selling you a car but when it comes to repairs that’s a different story. The transmission has been repaired twice. Both times the 3/5/R wave plate. Monday while on a test drive with the shop foreman driving the transmission knocks. I’m here picking up the car because they said it won’t duplicate. Really because your guy was driving when it happened. ***I got less than a mile from the dealership and it happened again.
From my initial contact with Lynn Anderson after my internet inquiry to the meeting of Christina Hudson who not only made suggestions to help me select the ideal vehicle. After the deal was closed and the truck was ready she climbed into the back of my old truck and transferred my belongings to my new truck. I had offered to do this since she was wearing high heels but she insisted she do it. It might seem like a small thing to some but to a disabled veteran it meant a lot. Thanks again Christina. Jim

The salesperson I worked with was very cordial, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it as effortless and hassle free as possible. The only mildly negative aspects I came across were that communication between technicians and salespeople/person was strained on one front, as well as being understaffed in service department. I have not had any pleasant experiences with landers mcclarty. From a Jeep that should have been covered by lifetime warranty (warranty voided by LM during a time when their transmission department was short staffed and running behind, and then not corrected) to a sale at Nissan that had the check engine light come on the day after bringing it home (a situation never rectified) to being loied to about a trade in deal for a new car where they held the keys to my vehicle hostage to keep my family there.
