Great place and customer service!
The service dept have always been slow, but I went in to balance my tires and waited 2 hours. And when I went to check on it NO WORK had been done since I brought it in. So I just took my truck and left. There is no exuse for that, don't waste my time.
Will not repair my sister’s vehicle she bought from there - numerous transmission problems on a traverse she purchased here. They won’t fix anything if the computer doesn’t give them a code. Even though the transmission jumps with the service tech in the car!! I am the one that talked her into buying new and going here. Now I feel horrible for recommending that to her. Won’t refer again.
RUN, RUN FAST....THE WORST BODY REPAIR SHOP IN THE WORLD. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT QUALIFIED TO FIX ANYTHING....PROMISED ME 3 WEEKS TO FIX MY MERCEDES, 11 WEEKS LATER, I JUST FOUND OUT THE THE MORON'S DESTROYED THE BODY HARNESS..AND NOW IT WILL TAKE 2-3 MONTHS MORE TO FIX IT......
