This dealership responded quickly and told me the price right off the bat. Ended up looking elsewhere but they had a quick response.
I have responded to several emails from Landers wanting to know if I have any further questions. I ask if the vehicle I was inquiring about was still available and I am not getting a response to that question (sent twice).
The car was in the shop. Something about an exhaust leak. Dealership is a multi car dealership and I was transferred 5 times to different dealerships. Once I had to call another dealership because their system was not able to transfer. First sales lady never called me back. Left a message twice for a second sales guy to call yesterday. Received only one callback.

Quick response time but would not give any information via email when I requested to be contacted only through email due to availability to my phone.
We did not agree on price this time, but will try again on another used car. Everyone was courteous and professional.
Cindy was easy to talk to and was not pushy at all. Honest in her assessment. I did not buy the Jeep I was looking for, but she found a new customer when I am looking for a 4- runner in about 12 months.
It was very helpful and pleasant dealing with them, just could They were very helpful and listen to my wants, felt some pressure on sale.
