After a multitude of contact attempts, including missing a call from them and with 4 immediate callback attempts, no answer, I still had to wait a couple days to finally intercept their call. Their dealer fees are astronomical, so I tried to gain insight on why once I finally could talk to someone. $1,000 Doc Fee on top of electronic filing fee??! Best car buying experience I ever had
I filled out the prequalified application through Cargurus and I was told the dealership would Need to verify my income, insurance and a couple other things. The dealership contacted me fairly quickly. They wanted me to fill out another credit application because they said they couldn’t find my information that was sent to them. We went back and forth for about a day or so and then the car was sold.
