Classic bait-and-switch. They confirmed over the phone that a specific car was available, but when I arrived, they claimed it was 'sold' and immediately pushed more expensive models. On top of that, they lied about credit checks—they promised they wouldn't run a credit report for a cash/check purchase, but they did it anyway. Untrustworthy. Do not believe what they say, inspect everything yourself, and read every line before signing
I drove an 1 hr just to be told it was sold at the dealership even though we talked on the phone

I didn't not buy from them but i inquired from them, i ended up buying from sacramento and i told them i have bought from sac but they kept calling everyday to bother, i told them take off my phone number from your call list but they kept Brothering me every single day

Keith and Allen were excellent to work with! Keith made it happen in a snap and I am beyond happy with my new gorgeous Jeep! Would definitely recommend! And I even made a 2 hour drive to go there… I would do it again.

After a multitude of contact attempts, including missing a call from them and with 4 immediate callback attempts, no answer, I still had to wait a couple days to finally intercept their call. Their dealer fees are astronomical, so I tried to gain insight on why once I finally could talk to someone. $1,000 Doc Fee on top of electronic filing fee??!
