The staff was willing to work with us on the pricing of the Jeep. They were very helpful. They added running boards and a full tank of gas. A great place to buy a vehicle.

After conversing with Twins all week I planned a 2 1/2 hour drive to their business for a scheduled test drive at 10am on Thursday My sales rep assured me she would let me know if anyone was interested in the car Wednesday evening I got cash, all of my documentation and a cashiers check for this purchase. I reached out to the dealer twice but did not receive a response.
I ultimately walked away from a deal due to a combination of undisclosed cosmetic issues and a few things that felt slightly less than professional. On our first visit we were told the vehicle would be ready for a full test drive - it wasn't. It set a tone. We were told their team had thoroughly gone through the vehicle. When we asked about two Carfax accidents they were dismissed as minor and resolved.
