Excellent customer service from first phone call to the end of making the deal. Mr.Jaime Gonzalez was extremely professional and went beyond for us! We returned two days later with our daughter and she also purchased a vehicle!! We are very pleased and also with Jake in walking us thru the steps of paperwork.
My husband surprised me for Christmas by buying the car and bringing me back to pick it up. The whole staff was incredibly welcoming and made the experience that much more exciting for me. Amanda was our salesperson, and she even had a queen’s robe and crown for me to wear during the reveal. Talk about pulling out all the stops. I felt like a princess. I bought my dream car yesterday and if it wasn’t for Chad I don’t know if it would have been possible! He is patient, understanding, and really wants you to get the best possible deal. I was there for quite a while but Chad made the best of it and stayed with me the whole time. I highly recommend working with him! He’s just a cool person!
